My Happy Genes - Weight Relief

Is My Depression Genetic?

Depression or Clinical Depression in many cases is linked with a person genetics.  A person with a relative who suffers from depression is almost five times as likely to develop it. Research has explored the possibility of a connection between genes and depression and whether depression is hereditary, or are other factors involved.

A recent article in Stamford Medicine entitled “Major Depression and Genetics” states ” no one simply “inherits” depression from their mother or father.  Each person inherits a unique combination of genes from their mother and father, and certain combinations can predispose to a particular illness.”

In Dr. J. Dunn’s ebook, Genetic Compassion, she helps you understand the unique genetic variants that can give you incredible insight into your personality. She explains how to optimize your genetics through nutrition so that you can be the very best version of yourself. You don’t have to suffer anymore.

Discover how your genetics affect your emotional health and learn how to get your genetic report.
